Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Front-End Developer to support our client on a federal modernization effort. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the development and maintenance of interactive front-end applications for a mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Active Secret clearance or Top Secret clearance required
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Strong Front End development skills with proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript
- Agile development experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to start at 9am EST regardless of time zone
Desired:
- Previous DoD application development experience
- Familiarity with Java full stack/backend development
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-friendly and interactive front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Adhere to all security and compliance requirements
The hourly pay range for this position is $57.00/hr-$72.00/hr, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
