Summit Human Capital is seeking highly motivated IT Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to support our valued Federal client at the Pentagon. This opportunity is full-time on-site and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through strategic communication, CRM tools, and proactive issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years (or Master's with 2+ years) of relevant experience; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting federal or military clients; prior Air Force CRM experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between customers and IT services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly by using CRM tools and strategic problem-solving.
  • Support UX improvement initiatives, gather feedback, and track customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee IT asset In/Out processing and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Promote awareness of IT products and services while ensuring customer goals are met.
